She earned her undergraduate degree in Biochemistry from the prestigious Harvard College. Following her undergraduate studies, she completed her medical and residency training at the renowned Mt. Sinai School of Medicine in New York City.
Dr. Paul’s passion for pediatric care led her to pursue further specialization in pediatric emergency medicine. She completed her fellowship training in this field at Columbia Presbyterian, solidifying her expertise in addressing medical emergencies affecting children. Currently, she holds the position of alternate chancellor for the ACEP Pediatric Emergency Medicine Committee, where she continues to contribute to the development of pediatric emergency medicine protocols and guidelines.
Dr. Paul is certified in Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS), Basic Life Support (BLS), and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS). She is also a credentialed ImPACT® consultant, ensuring she remains at the forefront of concussion diagnosis and management techniques.

Beyond her professional accomplishments, Dr. Paul leads a fulfilling personal life. She resides in Westport, CT, with her husband and two children, who share her love for ice hockey. Ezela Agolli DNP, APRN, CPNP-PC was born in Albania and raised in Tampa, Florida. Ezela is a compassionate provider specializing in pediatric care. She holds a Doctor of Nursing Practice degree from the University of South Florida, demonstrating her commitment to excellence. Dedicated to staying updated in pediatrics, Ezela actively participates in conferences by the American Academy of Pediatrics, the National Association of Pediatric Nurse Practitioners, and Johns Hopkins All Children’s Hospital. As an advocate for a healthy lifestyle, she is passionate about preventive medicine strategies to contribute to the health and well-being of children, aiming to ensure they grow up healthy and thriving. Recently married and eagerly anticipating the start of her own family, Ezela Agolli finds joy in cherishing moments with loved ones, practicing yoga and CrossFit, reading, and embracing outdoor activities. Ezela’s adventurous spirit extends to exploring food and coffee places. Giuli is a physical therapist who specializes in pediatric care. She was raised in Miami, FL, and attended the University of Florida for her undergraduate education (Go Gators!). She then moved to Boston, Massachusetts for her Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from Boston University. Giuli also completed a rigorous pediatric physical therapy residency program to further her clinical skills and her evidence-based knowledge. Giuli loves hanging out with her dog, Moose, and playing volleyball and pickleball in her free time. Her favorite sports to watch are the Tampa Bay Lightning and the Miami Heat!
